Stupendously bright light at a silly price. Just ordered one, the XMLs have a bit of a rep for bad beam patterns so we'll see how it goes, might need to be a helmet light.
There's cheap P7 ones as well though, tried and tested.Uncompromising extremist0 -
I've got one on order too. The current XML torches are bloody impressive so I'm hoping this will be an improvement on my current P7 based light.

Ribble does not mention who makes it but I can confirm it is the Bike Hand from Raleigh that arrived after ordering.
Hold both my full suspension bike (30-35lb+) no probs (not at the same time) and takes all of 20 seconds to set up (everything is quick release). Well impressed and agree with all the Amazon reviews about quality for the price. Not sure how it compares to the Lidl one but I would think it is better as it folds up pretty small, not too heave, and QRs on all connections.0 -

Indeed,every year at season end time,I`m always tempted by Anthems on Pauls cycles,but my current thinking is I might be better served by a 29er.Nevertheless that Anthem X5 would be fun now and then easily upgraded with a bargaintastic Merlin XT groupset over time..........
Indeed so tempting are those Pauls cycles deals I`ve actually been mulling over splitting the old XTC and selling my old road bike, and using the proceeds to go the Anthem or XTC 29er route over the last couple of days

Merlin are doing 2012 Reverbs for £197.5 (when you add in VIP discount). Might go down further in sales but I have wanted one for a while and this is the best price I've seen. One is now in the post on the presumption of Christmas money! No bleed kit or travel limiter though but minor stuff.
