Any good turbo training DVD's

Hi Folks,

Can anyone recommend a good turbo training work out dvd or set or other type of turbo training work out.

With so many rainy days it makes sense to stock up the library with decent titles or establish a good turbo training program.

Just point me to a web site or some such

You just download them from their website and off you go - suffering

If you search through the treads on the forum you will find a lot of support for the Sufferfest stuff.

Du Hast..

I do like some Pappa Roach/Linkin Park. Not so brutal metal but much drum smashing all the same.

Will check out sufferfest, any others worth a look?

Ah, race day, I just got that with the new turbo trainer. Will give it ago.

My mate hammered them all winter and now has a 10m tt of 21.34.

I enjoy them but haven't used them enough. They are a top workout.
