New cycling blog: Bike Training Tips

I've recently started a blog: Bike Training Tips and its already pretty popular. In the first few weeks I've covered things like how to do a power test (with video clips showing the pain involved), tips for training indoors and one of the best indoor training sessions The Secret Weapon. Have a look at the links and you can subscribe by email or RSS. By the way, I'm not selling anything. I'm just doing it for love.
If you're wondering who I am, there's a bit about the blog and me on the site. Its a while since I raced a lot in the UK, although I've come twice 5th in the British National Time Trial Champs in '97 and '08, and recently I've done a lot of racing in Asia where I live. So the blog will also give you a different perspective - on bike racing in Asia, where 40 degree temperatures are a more common problem than gales and hailstorms!
Hope you enjoy the blog.
cheers
Colin
