garmin help please

i have a 705 and it has been talking to my windows 7 PC for ages without a glitch. but now when i go to the upload page in garmin connect the 'thinking' icon just spins and it cant see the device
however in windows explorer the unit it visible, and on other pc's the download works
has anyone else suffered this, and whats the fix?

Sounds like the Garmin plugin for IE. Try downloading and installing again from Garmin?Simon0

i uninstalled and reinstalled, but it did say it was the current version, and therefore there is no change.

Tried a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox?I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

if you dont succeed you could download garmin training centre and use that to download the files, if it works of course.0
