Hi folks
I suffer form IT band issues when running and sometimes cycling. I have seen recently in the TdF that some riders are wearing these V shaped supports that seem to stick on to the front of the knee.
Does anyone know what these are? What they support? and where you can get them (if they are relevant to me)?

It's called Kinesio tape, as I understand it it provides additional support, some useful info here:
