Joule 2.0 poweragent down load probelms

I ve been having a few probelms with poweragent and my joule 2.0, im unable to download the data to poweragent, when i try download the data it doesnt find the files and shows no rides in the download box, i can find the rides my searching in the directory on my joule 2.0 and see the bin files in the activity log so i know the rides are there but cant download them. Im neither able to download the bin files directly to poweragent either, anyone have any ideas or fixes

my firmware is up to date and im using the lastest version of poweragent and im also unable to dowbload these files to goldcheetah
