Foot pain

I've developed a hard lump on the back of my foot over the last couple weeks that is now making walking painful (although not to bad on the bike).
There is no abrasion marks so I don't think its caused by rubbing so what the hell is it?
I have upped my training some what and have been riding 2-4 hours 6 days a week so this may not be helping.
Any ideas ?

See your GP or a chiropodist! Don't come on here asking opinions of cycling nerds.

And whatever you do, don't post any pictures of your feet.
