Tips for Sprinting

Motorpacing is illegal, and the rest of it is either questionable or bleedingly obvious. If you want to get better at sprinting, practice sprinting. Who knew?

    I never knew that. Maybe that explains why I've never seen people doing it.

    I heard that you have to pedal the same as usual, but really hard. Is this true?

    To improve your sprinting all you need to do is....
    Try to eat some meat after the ride.
    More problems but still living....

    I usually carry a double cheeseburger in my back pocket for just such occasions.....
