Man up only fat birds count calories :p
    .....

I always felt that way until a few weeks back. I guess I was intrigued as i've commuted for the last year and not lost a whole lot of weight ha.

Yes I had hairy toenails after 14 weeks

Yes the foot smells, and I know it.

Boot is off, no physio, didn't give me chance to ask about driving/sports. Am angry.

But hopefully sex is ok? After all, the foot is an integral part of sexual activity.

Were your hairs all weird? Be honest now!

    haha, probably, no idea!

No they were just super long, I haven't gone that long without shaving my legs since I was about 12! It was like a skinny, pale man leg...
Have lost 3" of muscle off the calf as well.

Yeah, I hate not being able to shave my legs!

And be careful with the muscle loss. 3lbs from the calf will cause you to walk in circles.

Gonna get a run in tonight, all this talk of calories has got me thinking... I'm going on holiday in 6 weeks and I still haven't started my diet properly.

    it'll stink like disco fanny!
 Not heard that one in ages. That'd be the full flavour variety caused by several hours dancing in tight pvc disco pants.

I popped home, got my wheels and tyres, Cleaned them up, put sealint in, went round sainsburys to use their compressor, no luck, went to garage round corner to work, afeter a few mins of trying I'm finally Tubeless. I have tried so many times and failled but today i feel i have achieved something. OK it may not be much to some of you but it is to me.
Also i was using non UST tyres (to keep the weight down) which probably didnt help. so now a few test rides before Afan!

Ug wagon wheels? you gonna be rolling those round Afan?

Probably suit the place to be honest lol nothing at all technical there, good rolling speed will win out for that i reckons, i know it certainly only has 2 sections steep enough for me to begin to make use of my bike.

I only run a 1x9 set up and last time i went, just did whytes and i didnt find that i needed anything else, so yeah they make a good difference. its the switch backs that i'll be poodlind around, i think at CYB i would suffer on some of the twisty decents?
