Moning peeps
Decent sleep last night, but feel all the more tired for it. It didn't help getting woken up by my bank at quarter to 9 last night, calling to check everything went ok transferring money from my savings yesterday. I had to explain that it was ok, but the fact that it took an hour because the lad on the computer hadn't a clue how to do it, so then called someone who transferred it over the phone for me was a little unsettling. Oh and this while 4 blokes stood around at the entrance with clipboards ready to help anyone, but hadn't enough time to help him because they needed to dedicate their time to standing around "waiting" to help.
Anyway, decent length day today, 5 til 1 then a gym sesh I think until I feel the burn and hit the wall.
Thats about it
Tarrah a bit

morning gypos!
went out for a 5kn run last night, a few minor walks in there and a few sprints, i am going to state that as interval training! Tonight is back to the gym i need to lose weight i have pur on a fair bit in the past few months through laziness!
speaking of banks gaz barclays decided that it would take 4 phone operators to order me a new fricking card yesterday, 4 and i had to confirm my details at least twice with each of them! cnuts
anyway, in early and then might go to rugby training tonight, not sure though0 -
Chaperoonies,
Slept like a whore in a ditch last night, awesomes. bleeding sticky i wish it would hurry up and storm so it would clear the air!
Milf cleaner is in this morning as regular cleaner is on her hols, so sneaky coffee whilst perving willl be done.
Lack of work on the diary today will either result in a boring and tedious day or i might pop home get my wheels and attempt getting the tubeless ready wheels running tubeless  I want to get this at least sorted by the weekend so i can get a couple of rides on them before wales.
Other than that not much going on in my world.0 -

i know the feeling mate, i have finished all of the work in my current job and i am just waiting to start the new one and get some confirmation in writing.
I cant even just disappear for a bit as there is any reason for me to be out of the office! :evil:0 -
luckily part of my job means i have to go and "visit" sites, this can be usefull for catching up on missed sleep, films or general shopping.
i also have quite a large area just outtside my office which is just about the right size for fettling. also very useful.0 -

Muppets and Muppettes,
Could be a great day in work , aside from 2 hour departmental meeting. M'eh; if they wanna be paying for sitting on my fuzzy butt for two hours listening to them yorp on, who am I to argue? Let the good times roll! 8)How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

that's like my foreskin [/sheep's mode]
well it's lunch time for me now, I'm enjoying coffee and Ginger cake. Then a couple of trips to Walsall and back. Had a pass com go off this morning as someone with a bike knocked it with his handlebars, I wouldn't mind but it's about the 6th time he's done it in 6 months, and that's only when I've been driving that particular train. One day he hit it 3 times in 2 stops!0 -
VWsurfbum wrote:foxc_uk is the cast coming off? is it going to stink???
it'll stink like disco fanny!0 -
Fortunately it doesn't stink all that bad - it's a boot not a cast so I've had weekly (!!!!) foot washes. Shaved and trimmed toenails on Sunday for the first time in 14 weeks. It's been so stinking hot tho that it's already a riper than a sweaty ballsack0

Morning Homos!
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!
The sun is shining for what seems like the first time in 8 years.
I have to work today though, lost atm in an endless sea of forecast models and excel formulas. Rather perversely though, I'm loving it!
Had a great ride last night up over the mountain. It's odd, I'm dog tired lately, but seem to have loads of energy when I can motivate myself to go out. With that said, I may try and get out again tonight.0 -

if our cleaner ever tries to polish "my desk" i'll d-lock her, ugly little troll0 -
I'd gladly bend one of our cleaners over my desk, the others not so much. In my last job there was a hot milf though who could have polished me off with no complaints.
Work is ok today, lots of planning to do for the next 2 years work
I have also decided to actually pay attention to my diet and am therefore also compiling a spreadsheet with calories and everything. I have no idea what my daily intake is, or what my rda is!
Foxy...just admit it, your foot stinks and you know it. You've just got used to the smell.Out with the old, in with the new here.0 -
Morning,
MIssus put the desktop fan on in the bedroom last night as it was too hot. Got up in the night, tripped on the cord and sent it, and everything on the side, flying. Quality.
Have to face the post office later, on a sweaty afternoon in grio land, ugh.
Cracking ride home last night, managed to squeeze a drop or 2 in (really getting into this whole drops and jumps lark) and got some decentish air and speed. Have now decided that I'm obviously Thomas Vanderham and need a freeride or downhill bike0 -
up and mobile today. planet x will replace the borked frame on the cheap thanks to their crash replacement policy, although it's currently out of stock so I might get a sneaky updgrade. ankle hurts like a night in a turkish prison though, so I might not get out on two wheels for a while.
Off out for a meeting in a bit, which unfortunately means I'll have to visit the beach at Southwold. Shame.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

You need to work out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and then use something like the free Livestrong Calorie Tracker and you should be well on your way.
Men:
Imperial
BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
Metric
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 13.7 x weight in kilos ) + ( 5 x height in cm ) - ( 6.8 x age in years )
example me
66 + ( 13.7 x 109kg ) + ( 5 x 182cm ) - ( 6.8 x 28yrs )
=2278.9
i therefore need 2278.9 calories to just stay alive sitting here doing absolutely fark all, if i want to lose weight and keep it off i drop my intake down to 2000kcal a day and i will lose weight safely and it will remain off as long as i eat wisely.
You then need to take into account the amount of Kcals you burn during excercise.
Note: this is an average way of working things out and does not take in to account Body Composition, ie i have a Body Fat Percentage of 15% which is healthy0 -
ahhh, you seem like a man in the know. Therefore I am going to latch onto this and ask many a question.
What's the difference between a cal and a kcal? In my limited experience i've seen both and the k would suggest 'thousand'.
I'm going to go work out mine now though, and then see how I do.Out with the old, in with the new here.0 -

Imperial
BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x 210) + ( 12.7 x 71) - ( 6.8 x 34 )
66 + (1308.3)+ (901.7) -(231.2) = 2044.8
Hmm Now to start counting?? or not?0 -
I'm up to 1286 by the end of lunch, so that gives me 887 for dinner as that's the only other thing I eat.
So, going by that it seems that regular trips to my parents and the inlaws, who always have a million desserts is probably the cause. My daily diet doesn't seem too bad.Out with the old, in with the new here.0 -
According to said formula I'm allowed 1893.77 a day, that can't be right can it? I'm hungry just thinking about 1893.77 calories0

1954.2 calories. Doesn't sound like much.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.
