Last week before big Ride

Right, I've been training as best I can since the winter for the BHF SDW100. I have just over 1 week to go. I'm almost on target weight wise (could loose another 1/2 - 1 kg if pos), I'll doa 30 miler at the weekend and then a 15 miler on Monday.
I was then planning to rest for the rest of the week and eat modestly, what do other people do in the final week before a big event?
