Let me just set the record straight
1 I do like Bacon ...But only if it is nuked to the point where you can 'snap' it.
2 One of my favorite sarnys is using Panchetta a form of bacon, chillies and fried eggs

I Don't as a rule eat red meat sticking to Fish and Fowl. ( info for any future diet discussions)I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!

i prefer my bacons nice and soft, only just cooked, almost rare really i suppose.
i do however want bacons and eggs on toasts now.0 -
