Must admit I'm starting to get a little bit concerned about my lack of long rides - illness and injury have meant nothing over 80 miles this year - my dodgy knee seems to have cleared up at least so hoping to get a couple centuries in in the next week or two. Overall mileage hasn't been too bad and when I've been healthy I've not been going bad on the chain gang but that lack of long rides does have me worried I'll blow towards the end.

it's a hard life if you don't weaken.

I've just been looking at the finish times from the 2010 Marmotte on their website. Does anyone know if these are the gross times or times with the Glandon descent subtracted?
