VWsurfbum - Hope it's not in that colour.

Today I have mostly been out riding and MY GOD! was it ever hot today!

Great ride though. Found some new descents. One of which will require more practice because I tried it 3 times and was not able to clear it without getting off or falling off. Proper good fun though.

Just sat with a magners and Ice. Might pop out a bit later and watch the final practices.

Ah, that sounds like fun. Sometimes I wish I could go back to the days when I was learning to ride, and everything was a barely clearable obstacle

Mind you, tomorrow might be a day like that, who knows!

I've not found anything REALLY challenging over here for a while now (apart from the DH tracks). Then I stumble across 2 in 1 day. Good times.

finished my first aid instructor and ptlls course today, lord almighty it was ultra webbo.

a bit of research suggests that ptlls is a course for people who havent taught before, which makes it a pointless excercise for the 11 of us profesional intstructors who attended the funcker!

we worked out that the wages in that room were over 450 000 quid for a year, to sit and learn nothing. (we are already first aid trained as well, this course just gives us a civvy ticket).

so yes and im sorry but thank you. would you like me to reflect on what i have learned in a journal?

Ah, dammit, just found out the uplift tomorrow has a very limited capacity, due to a broken tractor or something. So they reckon we could only get 4 runs in, or thereabouts.
We're not paying £25 for 4 runds, fugg that
