Hi, (I've not done a post on here for ages )
Anyway, what i wanted to know is there a graph or does anybody know from experince what the link between speed on the rollers and power output.
I know it wont be exact but does anybody has an idea as i would like to know what power I made on my Elite rollers.
I did 5 mins @ 40 kph , then 6X6 second sprints, max speed 64.7 kph. So does anyone have a powermeter to suggest what power i made, or what is there a graph on the internet you can link to me.
Please and thank you (in advance)

Well, when I ride my rollers with my tyres at 60-80 psi, I tend to be in the 42x21. When I use them before a race with my tyres pumped up properly, I find myself, for a similar effort at a similar cadence in the 53x14. So, I can tell you with some confidence that you that for your 5 minute intervals you were doing 300w, +/- 275w, and for your sprints you were doing 800w +/- 700w. Hope this helps.0

Work required is a function of tyre hysteresis (determined by tyre construction and tyre pressure), roller diameter and roller speed. The Kreitler website has some comparative graphs that may help you.0
