Anyone else using the above? and can make rhyme or reason out of their new fangled feature called training load.... al I can gather from it is that after a race or rigorous training session I am barred from more training for 2 days to save my soul from destruction...
there doesnt seem to be any transparency in their formula polar are using....if I could tweak it a bit, it might actually be a useful feature to stop any of this so called 'overtraining' quotation marks off

Listen to your body and not a web site m8,
it will tell you if you are overdoing it.
You can train every day but be sensible, work different groups, let them repair, refuel your body with the right foods and it will et used to it.
Polar is good for keeping track of workouts and giving you goals but it cant tell you when u need to rest. Only you know that.
Have a look on you tube, usually polar release vids on "How to" with their new HR monitor features.
