Training Abroad?

Hi guys.
My cycling club is considering the idea of perhaps organising a training camp/jolly for next year, maybe Easter time. You know the type, Mallorca/Spain, nice roads, suntan etc.
I was wondering if you had any recommendations as to where might be a good place to go.
We're all poor students, so not looking to spend huge amounts of money.
Going for about a week, oh, and if anyone knows of such a place that has some decent mountain biking too, that'd be ace. Hopefully so we can include the whole club

I am considerring three weeks either in Thailand or Philippines because hotel is about £15 per night for 4* and can eat very healthy and well for £5 a day so I reckon will work out cheaper than europe with added benefit of daily massage in hotel.0
