VO2 max self test

I was looking at this today as I was thinking of my vo2 max
http://www.brianmac.co.uk/cycle6min.htm
All seems easy enough, but it asks for watts as kg/min. I might be being dense here but I have no idea what that means. I know what my typical wattage is, but the whole kg/min thing has me baffled.
Any ideas?

A quick Google would suggest that 1 Watt = 6.12 kg.m/min.More problems but still living....0
