Download sportive routes

Does anyone know of any sites i can download sportive routes to my garmin so i can train on them and prepare myself before the big day?

    Move the map on the right hand side to where you know the start of the ride is and search. under the search button are options to extend the search.

    Else, if you know the course or have a picture of it, use BikeHike to map the ride and then export to gpx file.
