Am I doing to much?

I'm going to the Pyrenees at Bank Holiday weekend in August, and doing three back to back days of long climbs and descents, each ride is about 150km. I want to enjoy it so I am doing lots of training including sportives in the UK, to help the preparation.

It's a long story, but I am signed up to do 5 sportives between now and the end of June, including the Tour of Wessex. I harbour no great ambition, other than to enjoy myself and maybe, just maybe, go faster in the ToW and Dartmoor classic than I did last year (and I was pretty slow in both).

So the question, have I bitten off more than I should chew?
“I ride my bicycle to ride my bicycle.”

The fitter you are the better you'll recover. If you ride within yourself its perfectly doable. I'm not sure how much its going to add to your fitness as you'll be spending most of the week between them recovering rather than training. This year I've ridden a couple of century sportives within a week of each other without problems. I must say I'd be bored doing one a week for 5 weeks though.
