    I didnt really get much video after the first climb of Bwlch as the battery started to die, but it may bring back some memories (good and bad).

    By the way, your brother (the one in the red jersey).....wow, what a guy. Thought it was Lance Armstrong the way he dumped you on the Bwlch.

    How not to dscend by the guy in grey who passed you at 7:12 in video :D Inside leg to the floor whilst cornerringon a left bend ,not a good idea :D

    @220 you got a white car being followed by 2 paramedics,car pulled over by us and had a right bollocking of the paras,driving like a tw@t and nearly took out a shed load of cyclists :x

    car parked up by us 'clappy guys' @ 240,just finishing a cooked breakfast :)

    I did see that guy in the white car getting some very furious hand signals from some of the cyclists!!

    By the way, If I'd known you we're doing a cooked breakfast I may well have stopped off, I was starving around that time! :D
