Ordered some tyres from them Thursday evening, based on price only as I hadn't seen this thread. Had I read this I probably wouldn't have asked for the package to be delivered to work, as it would've been delivered today I could've fitted them

Oh well something to look forward to and waste a few working minutes opening up and checking on Monday!

Further to my earlier comment about my tyres not arriving after 3 days compared to everyone elses stuff arriving next day.
Mike advised me to check with local PO which I duly did a few days later and nothing.
Emailed him this morning ( a week after dispatch) to advise nothing there and that I had bought some from my LBS instead as I needed them for a new bike build and no longer required them.
Mike replied within 2 hours to say he will action a refund immediately and take it up with RM.
Paypal was refunded within 10mins !

Top stuff !

Needless to say they will get another chance next time I need some bits.
