High on Bikes

I used High on Bikes for the first time yesterday and i'm going to give them a bit of positive feedback.
I ordered two Vittoria open corsa cx tyres yesterday lunchtime and they turned up today, all in all a top job and fairly cheap at £60 for a pair and free delivery.

My tyres were allegedly posted Monday and still haven't turned up.
Wheels I ordered from another shop yesterday arrived today.
Still not like I can use either as frames not here yet anyway.

I've ordered a few things from them and had excellent service everytime, one time they sent out the wrong item and the return and send out of the correct item was extremely quick and first class. Prices are very competitve too, they're one of my favourites in the "bike" folder.

yea they are amazing, their ebay site has never ever had neg feedback with thousands and thousands of sells, and with all the muppets on ebay thats a mega achievement in itself

I've had a few things from them in the past and agree with all of the above. My latest order of tyres and tubes arrived the next day.

Fastest delivery I've ever experienced. About 20 minutes from ordering online to the item coming through my front door - and I got the postage refunded! Disappointingly, since they moved to a small warehouse a couple of years ago, this level of service is no longer available

Highly recommended obviously.

Both High on Bikes and Absolute Cycles who sell via eBay are top notch. Very speedy and have a phone which they answer and know what they're talking about.

Interesting that they're both based in the same town. I did ask H on B if they're connected and was told not but know each other very well. Suppose it helps them both to keep on their toes and give us an A1 customer service at very good prices.
