Food diary & training planner tools/sites please

Does anyone know a site where I can run a double entry balance sheet of:

- a food diary per day (or week)
- a training diary per day (or week)

where I can caluclate if I'm over- or under-eating?

Would be great if it could take into account as many variables as possible like gender, height, weight, cycling intensity/speed, and other details of the food.

Any tool like this would be great.

Thanks in advance!

+1 - Though take its calories burned figures with a pinch of isotonic additive.

I've used Livestrong to track calories.

My advice would be to work out your BMR and then log calories burned for your cycling and other activities manually. As well as there being some silly estimates for calories burned in Livestrong, there are also daft calorie estimates for some foods so try to pick out 'verified' foods where possible.

Thanks guys, someone from work also suggested this.

Cheers, I need to reign in the 2 or 3 chocolate bars a day I consume at work when I get a little stressed out.

I used to keep a bowl of fruit on my desk, for when a snack was needed.
