If your enjoying it all then its fine. Nothing OTT about your training.

Eat well and rest well in between and your good to go

I think the question is, why do you think there is a problem, i.e. why are you asking.

    Besides your training ride:

How do you FEEL when you put your body under such stress? And I mean feel by how is your sleep since then, appetite, daily mood, if you feel sore constantly (as every now and then is ok).

Are you burned out at the end of a ride?

Do you hate looking forward the next workout session or cant wait til next day?

How is your heart rate early in the morning within the first 5 minutes?

Are you having a hard time staying on or nearby your lactate threshold?

Keep an eye on how your body responds. I usually follow similar routines and also add weights to the mix, and would do 3 weeks and then back off on the 4th about 30% less. Or also would on the 4th week make it like a gym week of easy bike rides of 50% less than usual and go to the gym (no high intensity) every other day for that week and if I feel like it two weeks in a row or more.

Try not to feel trapped in the workout routines, you know what I mean...

Its better to have an extra day of rest than ruining your season by excessive training and burning out.

Don't forget to mix it up from time to time. The body gets used to patterns in exercise and the training will become less useful. Keep your body on it's toes by changing the type/time/effort/distance/route etc.
