Training partner Launceston - Cornwall and training program

HI.

Firstly I have recently moved to Launceston and I am looking for someone to go on a few training rides. I have a fairly hectic schedule so I'm not always free on the same days or nights, which is why I haven't joined a club.

Secondly I was just wandering if anyone is using or could suggest to me a decent training program? I'm looking to put in about 6 or 7 hours a week. I already run two nights a week so the 6 hours would be in addition to that.

Ask for Gary in Launceston Sports. He is into to his running and cycling - there r a few cyclists nr by into their racing , OKCC run a series of thursday eve 10mile TTs, starting 5/5 @1900, course is the old A30 Bridestow to Lewdown and back.

Thanks for that. I went for ride today with the Tavvy Wheelers which was quite good. I think I will check out the OKCC on Thursday.
