i would imagine that f cola tastes different in different containers, glass being the best i would have to guess that a plastic bag would be the absolute worst!0

Must look like a colostomy bag too0

The Big Cheese's 2ps worth.
Coke is OK in a can, but has to be ice cold
Coke in a glass bottle is the best, but has to be ice cold
Coke in a pub is a bit sugary, but in a good way, but must be ice cold.
The coke I had in India, in a larger glass bottle was THE BEST, and yep it was ice cold, and when you're in 40+ degree heat it tastes delicous.
So as long as it's cold, it's OK in my book, and MUST NOT be flat.
Anyway, Irn Bru rules.0 -
Bottle FTW!
I believe it has something to do with the coke reacting with the can, or something like that.
It's also effected by how you handle the coke, where you are, how cold or warm it is and what else you have had to eat and drink."Youth's a mask, but it don't last

i would rather have plastic bottled, canned coke anyday of the week than that crap they sell at cinemas and pubs from soda machines!!!
let's just water it down a bit, they wont tell the difference..... BLUEERRGHH!
also did you know, the majority of places that sell pepsi instead of coke, only do so because coke have retracted their licence with them and refuse to sell it to them, due to them overly watering down their coke.
so they have to go with pepsi instead.0 -

cola in a ice cold bottle is at its best sitting outside a small spanish bar in a small Spanish town. Normally though, so long as its not out of a plasic bottle its fine. In the house however it has to be Pepsi max, coke does leave your teeth feeling like chalk....
its all irrelevant anyway... American (!) MtnDew is the best... (not the vile UK "energy" stuff) closely follower by ice cool IrnBru - tis the the Scottish drink of real men.I like bikes and stuff0 -
oooh, one word of caution on the glass bottle in Spain thing... in some busy brit resorts, they wash and refill the bottles... (usually idenifiable by a wonky, badly applied none original label and a scratched bottle) it is the most ville thing ever, the Mingin feel of rough glass that's been machine cleaned far too many times with watery over sweet coke... SPIT IT OUT!I like bikes and stuff0

I like Red Bull Cola but it seems that the majority of people don't. I find it has a fuller, less synthetic taste than Coke. Pepsi is just manky.
@joshtp US mountain dew is awesome, it's the first thing I buy when I'm in N. America
