    If it's any consolation, Notsoblue, my Giro Zeros that I liked earlier in the thread recently also disintegrated into a mass of large holes on the palm. Have bought some Santini ones to replace them, I like them too. :?

    I followed this advice, got a couple of pairs for a tenner, and have been wearing this week. Can't fault them at this price. Thanks edhornby for the tip.

    My (2010) Rosso Corsa's fell apart after a couple of weeks. The mesh panel on the back of each glove pulled away from the wrist hem. Took them to a local clothing repair shop and had the stitching redone - they've been fine since, but I don't buy Castelli anymore.
