Join your local club, you'll end up with loads of training partners!

I used to train alone many years ago, I joined our local club and have a list of people I can call on to ride with. There are a group of regulars that train together who have naturally formed as we all ride at similar speeds.

Join your local club, you'll never look back. (except to see who's catching you on a climb!)
