How flexible are you? (very basic investigation!)

I'm curious to know roughly how flexible on average cyclists are, just out of curiosity more than anything else. So if youre a commuter, hobbyist or Elite pop your stuff down.
Just a simple touch your toes test. Feet together, legs straight, how far can you reach/bend down? The point of contact being your finger tip on wherever they furthest reach.
P.S. Please dont strain yourself or over stretch, this isnt a competition, just me being nosey.

Flexible in lots of ways (ask the girlfriend) but by hamstrings are the least flexible.
Can JUST reach my toes on my left side if I've warmed up - easy on my right side.
Used to ride 4-5 a week in summe for at least an hour.
Now, after a 8 month haitus, its around 1-2 a week around 2hrs each.0 -
Not very, tight hamstrings, which is common in cyclists0

I'll join with the tight hamstrings brigade. 2 years of stretching hasn't done much to help either but I presist nonetheless0

I'm somehow more flexible than i used to be. I can just touch the floor (albeit not with a straight back).
The main thing with stretching is that you need to make sure you're stretching everything. It's no good just stretching your hamstrings and hoping to get bendy, it simply wont happen, the most you can expect is to maintain your bendiness.
Hip flexors, glutes, lower back and hamstrings all stretched will get you bendier.0 -
I bend in the middle, which means I can sit down and reach to tie my shoelaces.0

I'm like a bendy toy. I can suck my own.....
