First 10m TT last night

Hey guys,
Finally got round to doing my first 10 mile TT last night and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I posted a 27:46 which I was quite pleased with for my first one on a road bike.
My question is, I have time for one turbo session a week as I'm also training for some running events.
What type of session would you recommend to improve my TT times a wee bit?

    Either 5 x 5's or 2 x 20's.

    Well done on your first, its a bit addictive!

    Do you have any clip on aero bars?, I went from 28:20 to 26:40 on a roadbike just by fitting a set.

    Now we're in the season, 2 x 10 mins at just above your TT pace with 5 mins recovery in between.

    Seeing as though the last time I tried 2 x 20's they ended up being 2 x 15's I'll be doing the 2 x 10's then!
