    I changed my tyres earlier, put my new Geax sagagagawagawooowooo tyre on the front and by the time i put the New race king on the rear the front was flat :roll: checked the tube 2 x punctures? Wtf it was fine in the other tyre. 2 massive thorns in the front tyre, that would of been fun if they had given up on the race on sunday, was reaching 20+mph through the singletrack!

    had a big mouthfull of my protein shake, turns out it doesnt taste as nice day 2 in the bottle kept in the car :oops: :evil:

    Day full of crap today. For some reason I am incredibly exhausted, and have spent most of the day in a zombie like state.
