Very tired this morning but today will be a little more normal (behind desk) and no little rooms with no windows and no engineers boring the crap out of me.

Going to get my bike at some point today and get it prepped (on work time) for a little jaunt to the trails tonight.

Other than that resisting buying stuff on line.

Coffee is being consumed and no bacons

    Last day of lambing today.

The next few days will be spent at war with the mother as she continues to tell me how much revision she used to do for exams and that I should have started in march blah blah blah... I genereally ignore every word she says and have my stuff packed so that I can head down to London on monday for the rest of the holidays to avoid her.

Last working day of week so I smell works canteen and bacons in my very near future. Nom.

Heading off to Myherin tomorrow for a weekend of motorsport. The place would make a great venue for a mountain bike enduro. Must make some equires.........

    Morning gimmers,

Pretty tired today, drove in rather than rode in.. was running a bit late as the cat decided to leave me a stinking, brown gift.

Weighed myself last night, at just under 14 stone, I'm officially the heaviest I've ever been. So, I need to cut down on bacons, McD's and all things bad.. this is going to suck! :(

Granola bar for brekkers I reckon.

    Have a good one!

Good Morning all you freaky people!

Nice ride in this morning. Legs are starting to recover from HONC* now, so put in an extra few miles. That said, I'm going through one of my diabetic 'bad patches' at the moment. Blood sugars are fine, I'm eating well, but I just feel crap. I also keep waking up completely soaked in sweat, as if someone's thrown a bucket of water over me. I get this every few months and it normally sorts itself out after a week or so. I'm sure coffee and bacon will help to cope with this.

Got a few bits a bobs to do at work, including proof reading some recepie cards - I shall insert subtle amounts of bacon into each one methinks...

*For those that actually completed HONC, the photos are now up on http://gallery.sussexsportphotography.c ... rid=171867 just stick your helmet number in the search box. Mine was 1006 if anyone's interested.

Damn and blast I've been rumbled, kind of.

Normally I'd ask for a private cubicle and some curtains, parted just enough so that I can...

    hello gypos.

still on leave and it is brilliant.

just had a good workout, a nice lunch (including cous cous which i chewed for those interested in this kind of thing) and am off to walk the hounds (that is not a euphemism).

tonight is the leaving do for my CO which involves a nice meal in the sergeants mess (beef wellington if my memories of being a waiter at many of these functions serve me) then a load of drinks followed by the kind of hangover that would kill all of you even if i shared it out amongst you.

Today was full of fail.. in the beginning
I went home to Stoke last night. This morning I head off from Stoke back to Surrey then realised while in Warwickshire, some 80 miles up the road I'd forgotten my suit which I need for a meeting tomorrow.
Turned around, got home, got my suit and head back to work, got in at 11h45 :¬P

    wooooooooo!

So far today's consisted of getting woken up early by the kids, opening presents, eating bacon, walking the mutt, working and cycling. I think I've reached the limit of how fast I can go and would like to thank the plum who pulled a tree over the trail.
