    Mech hangers are specific to the frame.

    I've not seen one damaged so bad the hanger couldn't be bent back to finish a ride that didn't involve a smashed derailleur as well.

    If you are driving don't forget your speed camera detector and keep your eyes peeled for folk flashing you coming the other way. They like to hide in north wales.
