Drink milk if you tolerate it. Some don't . But humans do have an enzyme to deal with milk - lactase - the lack of (or gradual loss of ) which is what causes milk intolerance. We also have an enzyme to deal with alcohol and strangely not many people suffer from a lack of that enzyme.
Of course a lot of it is about marketing and making shed loads of money but that doesn't mean its necessarily good or bad for us.
And we have enzymes to deal with meat eating too....
Each to his own.

My nutritionist has a PHD so I'm making the assumption that she knows what she's doing. I hope so as she's responsible for the entire Paralympic team (all sports). Possibly also the Olympic team. I'll ask her if she's a dietician or nutritionist.
But she IS a doctor.0 -

Harold Shipman was a doctor.
Gillian McKeith claims to be one (or claims to have a PhD so calls herself "Dr"...)

Patrick Holford claims to be a nutritionist but I suspect he's a full-blown snake oil seller.Aspire not to have more, but to be more.0 -

Is there a protein shake you recommend please?!
CNP Pro Peptide.
But MyProtein Whey is pretty good and a fair bit cheaper.
I have a 40% off code for CNP if you need it...0
