The best riders find that good position with very little effort.
The commentators on sporza were going on about how little energy Cancellara spent (according to his computer) - since he's very good and riding the peloton - you can see in any overead on the past 5 minutes he's been right in the middle of the group.
Boonen's also excellent at that. Guys like Nuyens aren't. Thomas Dekker was awful at it.0 -
