Flat Pedals

Hi Guys
I saw my physio today about patellar tendonitis in my knee. The upshot of the situation is that I should stop using clipless pedals and revert to using flats due to my poor biomechanics.
My key concern is that flat pedals will look crap on my Bianchi Via Nirone - what can be done to mitigate the naff appearance? Are there any flats that won't look chod on a road bike?
Cheers

Thats the style of pedal my road bike had on it, before I went clipless many moons ago...0 -
What about getting the cleats properly positioned / professionally fitted?
You may also want to consider pedal type, for some, extra pedal float might help, some pedal types allow for that.0 -
