Upgrades... in which order?

My view on upgrades: well it depends on your initial vision. Some do buy and upgrade as cash comes in, others change a few components to tailor it: others seem to leak money and have bought the wrong bike!

In this case I would take the middle ground: maybe new tyres and contact points (to taste), ride it, then maybe upgrade the fork or bike in the future.
