okay i have fitted the gold alu cables and in my own opinion they look hideous but it took me ages to swap them so they stay until i can be bothered swapping back. took the poploc off altogether, will post some pics when i have taken some.

IMO if you got rid of that bashguard(not that there's anything wrong with it-I just think that there are other bashguards that look much nicer) and that hideous stem(get a black one!) it would look much better.

thought it would tie in nicely with the existing gold accents but looks more like c3po's jock strap, just gonna put it back to how it was, xtr outer, teflon inners, transfil waterproof kit and middleburn oilers.

epic post, the gold cables are abit much IMO, gold to me should be used as a highlight colour, too much gold makes it look cheap, and it clearly isn't, it's a damn nice bike!

i have a history of going daft with too many anodised colours on one bike, sometime they dont look too bad but as in this case it looks plain daft, i was actually only on the first cable when i knew it was wrong but i thought id complete it as it may have got better. im still gonna get a mojo, probably the slr and for that i will buy all new bits and then i will trancefer all the bits off the giant to a long travel ti hard tail, chainreaction have the lynskey ridgeline lt frames on offer for £599 so i need to convince the other half that im suffering a ti imbalance of some sort.

I doubt it's possible to ruin a mojo, part of me wishes I'd waited for the slr actually, I think it looks incredible in the orange and if I had waited Id have had enough to put an Angleset on it and get the geometry right, 69 degrees is just too steep for a bike with 140mm travel, but if they made it slacker the HD140 would be pointless so I can see why they did it. The lynskey is probably my dream hardtail, crc are giving me a serious headache now, me wants one!!!

i want the naked carbon with red linkages, then i will try to keep everything either gunmetal or red. my finger is hovering on the order button in regards to the lynskey but i will get a kingsized kick in the nuts if i buy it. annoyingly the lynskey post dia is 31.6mm so i would need to buy another dropper post but everything else should port straight over. i do love the trance but id love the lynskey and mojo even more.
