MountainMonster I found that if your really strong willed then any of them can work, but ones i have had speed up your motabalism so much, you cant stop yibber yabbering and talking stinky stuff, then you find that they make you feel sooooooo hungry you'd eat a scabby hourse (this is where the will power comes in) and then when they wear off you cant keep your eyes open!
When i was training in the gym and taking Ephydrin come the weekend, if i didnt take it i couldnt stay awake and would litterly sleep all weeked
Yeah I know what you mean about the Wii! All those your obese checks and things are bull.
I'm strong willed about things that I want, like muscling through pain and things like that. But when it comes to eating, i'm the weakest farker there is, i'm seriously surprised i'm not about 40kg heavier than I am now.0 -

On the topic of diets I find eating little and often works best. I try and eat every 2-3 hours but spread my days calorie intake. That way the body metabolises more efficiently without the need for supplements. A typical day for me (remember I work shifts so you can ammend times)
5am. Fruit toast with I can't believe it's not butter light, instant coffee with skimmed milk and sweetner
7.30 protein shake and fruit
10 skinny latte and starbucks skinny muffin or skimmed milk porridge with dried fruit
1pm tesco healthy choice tuna sandwich
3.30 protein bar and fruit
6 lean beef and pepper stir fry with noodles
before bed protein shake
getting spice and chilli in helps too. I've lost a stoneand half since jan. Ok I excercise too but I've done almost none in last 3 weeks0 -
