Good morning, today I will be combining my bacon with pancakes to make bacon pancakes. Then I'll make more pancakes and then some more pancakes as the day progresses, with the possibility of more bacon if I can afford it.

Have really pointless lectures today... think I'll head in for the first one about zoonosis because the lecturer looks like they may be french judging by their name, hopefully it's a fit french bird and not a dirty old french bloke.

Rest of the day will be revising and/or watching tv/ procrastinating on forums such as this one.

    Farewell.

I had something like this where a group of staff met up nearly every Friday and spent 4 hours in the pub. Only found out once vehicle trackers were fitted and I realised the place where they stopped was a pub outside our work area. Walked in and dismissed the lot of them after they'd be sat there drinking for 3 hours. For some reason the Union rep tried to argue that this was their recognised lunch break, it was custom & pratice, ignored misuse of company vehicles, and worst of all thought drink driving is apparently ok.

Anyway, today's training course is cancelled as upper management have as usual made a complete c*&k up, so it's no Thetford for me.

I bet his answer is that he didn't do it. Just like the plum we caught filling his own tank from our diesel pump.

Not going now, although it's supposed to be dry, everywhere else is up here. I've still got 7 days leave to take before April so I'll probably take a few afternoons off to visit.

Good Morning. Just killing time in my car as I'm 20mins early for first day of placement, the motorway was incredible quiet. 12 Hour shift then pancakes at home nom!

    Roll on half nine!

Today i am off work and will be doing a little test run to see how long it will take me to cycle into work so i can try and save myself some diesel. Looking at driving about ten miles along the motorway, parking at a handy garden centre and riding the rest of the way to work.

Oh and checking my email every 30 seconds to see if the courier has allocated me a deliver slot yet for my nice new carbon 456. :D

I looked at doing the same, but whatever I do I can't avoid the A12 or A14.

    Morning all,

This morning I left my house to lovely blue skies and a wicked frost on the deck, luckily I’d chucked on an extra baselayer. I don’t want to wrap up too warm in the morning or I’ll just have to lug all the extra layers home tonight once it warms up.

Went out with the club Saturday to do some “race training”, yikes some of those guys are fast. But I learned I could push a lot harder than I thought I could through some of the singletrack (our chairman made me the hare and told me to hold the faster lot off as long as I could through a section of track, it bloody hurt but it was fun). On the less than great front, it looks like I might have a buggered right foot, on outside/bottom behind the little toe. I’d noticed a slight twinge a few weeks ago but on Saturday it was screaming at me and I had to stop. Little worried at what it might be, hopefully nothing that requires time off bike. Have stuck some flats on the rat bike and riding to work in walking boots which seems to be a lot better, I just hope I can ride with my usual SPD’s and shoes this weekend (it’s our club’s local XC race).

Biscuits are a good fix for foot injuries, aren’t they??

    Is it 5 yet?

Last home game of the darts season last night so I have Lucozade, a day off, the tinterweb and a hangover. Forgot to turn the alarm off though so that got thrown across the room at 6 this morning. Thinking bacons and pancakes may have to be consumed today, quantities TBC!!

Stuart_C Sounds like you may have pulled a muscle to me, that if you're riding a lot may not have a chance to heal. If you've changed your pedals and shoes, that may give it a chance though. And yes, biscuits are scientifically proven to help aid this.

Morning everyone! Today is the sort of day I wish I wasn't working. It's beautiful weather outside, nice and frosty which I love goin for a ride in. Sadly, I'm in a windowless office :(

My minion is back, and tea has been made. Good minion.

Yay finished for the day, unless I choose to go in again later, which I may, just for my own entertainment and to stop me being stuck inside the flat all day working.

Turns out my fit female french lecturer was actually a middle aged spanish bloke, fortunately he had a good sense of humour, he particularly liked telling us how we'd get some form of chlamidya from sheeps...

Anyway before I start any revision I think bacon pancakes and tea are in order.

The Wii tells me that i'm Obease at 14.5 st and should be a 12st for my height, if i was that weight i'd look dead! i'm no skinny minny but i aint a fat fecker either!

MountainMonster I found that if your really strong willed then any of them can work, but ones i have had speed up your motabalism so much, you cant stop yibber yabbering and talking stinky stuff, then you find that they make you feel sooooooo hungry you'd eat a scabby hourse (this is where the will power comes in) and then when they wear off you cant keep your eyes open!
When i was training in the gym and taking Ephydrin come the weekend, if i didnt take it i couldnt stay awake and would litterly sleep all weeked

I'm pretty happy as I've dropped out of the obese section of the BMI indicator and am now "overweight".

Same here on the 12 st thing, I'm 5'10" and currently 15st6. I haven't seen the better side of 13 stone since I was about 15.

thermobol is cack - i know from experience, and i was exercising pretty damn hard training for a half marathon!

You want to look at L-Carnitine and SOmething called CLA, very powerful antioxidents and help your body burn fat more effectively, but you have to put in the work!

Weider Fat Burner from costco is something that i use as a green tea supplement, more for anti-crap-in -arteries more than fat burning but that has seemed to help supress my hunger and help the will power

end of the day more time on the bike and less time on the xbox

Good Afternoon all you fat freaks!

Been busy with work type stuffs this morning. Commute in was pretty awesome, racing a very asthetically pleasing young lady and TBF, she was a bit quicker than me through the traffic.

Today's lunch is: Cheese sandwich, packet of crisps, packet of mini chedders, 2 X mini babybels, 1 peperami, 5 home made biscuits.

    Dinner will be:
