achieving high cadences

What would be your tips for achieving high cadences (200+)

and before anyone asks this is on rollers (aka rollapaluza)

I'd say dropped saddle and over the BB

Go fixie downhill.

Not much use for a roller mind.

I've reached 205/206 at rollapaluza..

The weird thing is it was the 2nd time i'd ridden a fixie.

They always say riding fixed improved technique but i disagree. Fixed helps the pedal round when pedalling.
