I have been riding for several years and have raced the once in a local MTB Series.
Last year I was riding 150mile a week.
My targets for this year are to enter a few 10mile time trials and a couple of local Sportives.
One will be fifty miles the other seventyfive.
Due to work commitments I can only manage one big ride a week. However I can get on the rollers most days if required.
Could anyone please suggest a training schedule?
