JOGLE + Climbing 3 Peaks in 120 hrs training advice needed!

So this is bonkers for a couple of 40 year olds to be doing,.

We are attempting to cycle JOGLE via the 3 Peak, climb those bad boys!! in 120 hrs!

We are supported so don't have to carry kit, we are planning on doing 250 miles every 20hrs and having 4hrs kip!

So training and eating where do we start?
