Anybody tried one of these ?

interested to notice that there is a recovery/massage setting. the whole muscle building thing isnt of any interest to me and seems to fall in to BS category?
Fancy the idea of a good leg massage- if it works??

Do you mean devices that stimulate nerves or muscles?

Sports massage works, I have been crippled with back/glute problems and this really helps. If you don't want to pay for this buy a large foam roller and self massage, it works!

I've used them for pain relief, from severe joint pain. That's somewhat effective, as it interrupts the nerve signals, so blocks the pain.

I can't see them being much good from a sporting perspective though.

No. My point was that these are different devices (those that stimulate nerves vs those that stimulate muscles) for different purposes.
