    No response yet but a bill has gone to the owner. It now transpires that the owner's son is in my daughters class at school, and I belive there has been some interesting discussion in the playground! :?

    Well my faith in human nature has been restored. Today i recieved a cheque from the dog owner for £200 which will help replace my ripped Gore Bikewear Jacket and overshoes which were damaged in the incident. I have also encountered the owner and his dog since the incident and I am even happier to report the dog was on a lead. Lessons have been learnt!
