TBH what ever pressure you need to give the sag you need.

Cannondale forks are half your weight in pounds plus 10%, so I'd go for around 100psi to start off with

Nick, how do you measure sag on a headshox fork?

    easy measure the saging bit.

the crown to something measurement will do fine, in fact any measurement that crosses the "divide" will do. so the difference in the distance from your axle to bars when worked with the headshok travel will do just fine.

works on "normal" forks as well.
