Bike Fit / Knee Pain

I'm geting a bit of knee pain if I do a reasonable length ride (60+ miles) just my left knee on the top / outside of my kneecap. I know it could be a bunch of things, cleats, saddle height etc... so I thought perhaps I should get a proper proper bike fit, being as I should have got a decent bike fit originally regardless of anything else.

I'm in the South West (Bath to be precise) I'm quite happy to travel a reasonable distance to get a decent bike fit - is there anyone you guys recomend that I could go to or do you have any other ideas for what I should try to help with the knee pain.

Do you think a proper bike fit is worth it and how much should I expect to pay?

Thanks for any advice.

I had knee pain following a bad leg break (amongst other issues such as one leg longer than the other...

Adrian Timmis worked wonders with me. Using shims and footbeds (all provided with the £100 fee) he got my legs tracking perfectly and the fit was fantastic...

I am constantly on here harping on about his service but it's because it's so good!!

He's in hospital at the moment so won't answer e-mails/phone for next couple of days or so though...
