Couldnt sleep so went out for a blast on the bike.
Delighted with the Power Meter. Now i can see what im realy capable of and the effort it takes to do it.
Just done:
distance: 27.5 Miles
time: 1hr 27min
avg power: 245watts
avg HR: 149
avg cadence: 78
When i got back home and stopped i recoverd very quick. within 2/3 mins. Could have gone for another 27 miles at that pace i think.

Ill re calibrate the power meter next ride to make sure its reading right.
