Tuscany - where's the best bit for some Easter miles?

As probably everyone else is, me and the GF are taking advantage of the long Easter break and heading for some sunny roads.
We fancy Tuscany. Heard it's great, loads of Pro's live there but it's pretty big!
Where's the best place to be based for some nice riding? If it's near some rocks for a spot of rock climbing then all the better.
Cheers
Mike

Not really spent much time on the mainland but I went to Elba once. Absolutely gorgeous. You might run out of new roads after a few days but the ones you'll have go through some gorgeous scenery. Check out the bike route of the Elbaman triathlon for a stunning and hilly ride.Le Blaireau (1)0

southern end around Montepulciano is stunning and perfect for cycling. Not sure what the weather is like at Easter but superb area for a cycling break.Your Past is Not Your Potential...0

This is where our club is going to in June. www.hotelcarlos.it . I believe the area is great for cycling but I am not aware of any rock climbing,0
